Michael co-founded Partners in Finance in 2019.  Prior to this Michael spent many years in various management roles for some of Australia’s leading businesses, before commencing his career as a broker at a Melbourne based brokerage.  Michael has a strong passion for business and investment and has spent the past 15 years building his own investment portfolio. Michael’s first-hand experience at structuring his own business and investment portfolio has proven to be fundamental to his success.

Michael prides himself on being able to think outside the square and explore a multitude of options to find the perfect solution for his clients.

Helen co-founded Partners in Finance in 2019, after having worked in the banking and finance industry for the majority of her professional career.  Helen worked for the NAB for many years and this is where she was first able to embrace her passion for home lending and investment. Helen has also held various other brokering roles – she brings a wealth of professional experience and has also built her own sizable investment portfolio over the past 15 years.

Helen’s intimate knowledge of the banking and finance world, from both sides of the fence, coupled with a true desire to get the best results for her clients, sets her apart from the competition.

Melanie joined Partners in Finance in 2020 as the Head of Processing and Policy.  Melanie brings with her over twenty years of corporate administrative experience.  She has worked across a variety of industries including; the media, advertising, human resources and retail administration – filling both Executive Assistant and Office Manager roles.

Melanie prides herself on her strong work ethic, a keen attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
